Because we only sell digital products that are instantly delivered via download after purchase, our refund and returns policy is slightly different from that of traditional physical goods. All items available in our store — including digital backgrounds, Lightroom presets, Photoshop actions, vector illustration bundles, printable art, mockups, and painting brushes — are digital downloads only. No physical items will ever be shipped to you. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased files. Because of this instant access, there is no way to “return” a product in the traditional sense.


2. General Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to feel confident and satisfied with their purchases. However, because of the nature of digital files, refunds are generally not provided once the files have been downloaded.
